How to make a referral when you have concern about your child's development:

Referrals are made to Early Childhood Intervention Services (ECIS) through Early Childhood Information and Referral of Ramsey County (ECIRRC). ECIRRC offers, at no cost to families, information, support and referral services that may help a child and family. For families who have concerns about the development of their child, birth to five years old, contact ECIRRC office at (651) 604-3700. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
