| If you have concerns about your preschool child (birth through age five) there may be services available to you and your family. Early Childhood Information and Referral of Ramsey County (ECIRRC) is an interagency organization working jointly with Ramsey County, local school districts and a variety of service providers to help families locate and access services. ECIRRC offers and no cost to families information, support and referral services. You can reach them at 651-604-3700.
Once a referral has been made to Saint Paul Public Schools through ECIRRC, someone from the Early Childhood Intervention team will contact your family in order to gather any more required information and help plan the next steps in the referral process.
